La commission des affaires sociales a reçu délégation au fond de la commission des affaires économiques pour l'examen des articles 18 à 22, 27, 32 et 33. Elle a émis, sous réserve de quelques adaptations, un avis favorable à l'adoption des articles compris dans le projet de loi initial. Elle propose de supprimer quatre articles introduits à l'Assemblée nationale.
